Questions & answers

No app required at all. Guests simply scan your QR code with their phone camera and are taken straight to your upload page in their browser. It works on any smartphone — iPhone, Android, anything — with no downloads, no sign-ups and no friction.
Once they scan your QR code, guests land on your personalised gallery page. They tap the upload button, select photos or videos from their camera roll or take new ones on the spot, add an optional name and message, and hit share. That's it — their uploads appear in your gallery instantly.
There are no limits on the number of uploads. Every guest can share as many photos and videos as they like throughout your event.
CrackinShare accepts all standard photo and video formats captured by modern smartphones, including JPEG, HEIC, PNG, MP4 and MOV. If a guest's phone can take it, we can accept it.
Yes — your gallery updates in real time. As guests upload, their photos and videos appear immediately. You can open your gallery on your phone during the event and watch the memories roll in live.
That's entirely up to you. In your gallery settings you can toggle the gallery between private mode (only you can see all uploads) and public mode (guests can browse each other's photos too). Public mode is great for encouraging more uploads and sharing the fun on the day.
